Ingredients:  
1/4c. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 onion, chopped
3 large stalks celery, chopped
2 lbs. frozen lima beans
2 lbs. frozen peas
2 - 15oz. cans diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. fresh basil or dried
1 tbsp. fresh parsley or dried
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cover botom of saucepan with olive oil.
Saute garlic. onion and celery. Do not burn garlic.
Add the rest of ingredients and bring to low boil.
Cook on low-medium for 1hr.

This is so easy to make and tastes wonderful.
Great as a side dish. This recipe can be cut in half, but when our family gets together we need the larger recipe.
