Ingredients:  
1large head lettuce chopped
1c. chopped onion
1c. chopped green pepper
1c. chopped celery
1lb. frozen peas
1pt. Heilmann's mayonnaise
2tbsp. sugar
12oz shredded cheddar
1lb bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble. In large bowl place lettuce first then layer onion, pepper, celery, frozen peas, mayo, sugar then cheese. End with bacon on top layer. Let sit overnight and toss just before serving.
