3/4 c. sugar
1 envelope un-flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. water
1c. sour cream
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1c. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, mix sugar, gelatin & water. Stir over low heat to dissolve sugar & gelatin. Remove from heat. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
Chill until slightly thickened. (I put in freezer about 15-20 minutes.
Blend in thawed cool whip.
Chill in 1 qt mold until firm - about 3 hours.
Serve with fruit.
