Cook noodles, drain under cold water.
Cook ground beef & drain off oil.
After ground beef has cooled, add some tomato sauce to coat ground beef.
Mix ricotta, mozzarella, eggs, parsley, grated cheese, salt & pepper with spoon.
Lay 1/3 noodles on bottom on 9x13 pan or glass dish.
Then layer 1/2 of the ground beef over the noodles, then 1/2 of ricotta mixture over top of ground beef. Repeat with noodles and so on one more time.
Cover with remaining noodles and tomato sauce.
Bake 375º - 45 minutes
