1lb. Lasagna noodles
1 1/2-2lb ground beef
3lb. Ricotta cheese
1lb. Mozzarella, shredded
3 eggs (every lb of ricotta, 1 egg)
1 1/2T. fresh parsley or can use dried
3T. grated parmesan or romano cheese
Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook noodles, drain under cold water.
Cook ground beef & drain off oil.
After ground beef has cooled, add some tomato sauce to coat ground beef.
Mix ricotta, mozzarella, eggs, parsley, grated cheese, salt & pepper with spoon.
Lay 1/3 noodles on bottom on 9x13 pan or glass dish.
Then layer 1/2 of the ground beef over the noodles, then 1/2 of ricotta mixture over top of ground beef. Repeat with noodles and so on one more time.
Cover with remaining noodles and tomato sauce.
Bake 375 - 45 minutes

This is mom's recipe for Lasagna that she has always used since I was little. The smell of it as it's baking is out of this world. Her grandchildren love it. It's so tasty!!
