3lb. Chicken Wings
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 T. oil
1 c. honey
1/2c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped/minced or can use garlic salt
2 T. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off small wing tips & discard. Cut remaining wing into 2 parts. Sprinkle with salt, pepper & oil and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken pieces. Make one layer of coated chicken pieces in a baking dish.
Bake 1 hour or until chicken pieces are thoroughly cooked & the sauce is carmelized. If chicken starts to burn, reduce oven heat.
