1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 T. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
2 T. vinegar
1/2 tsp. thyme
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper
2 cans B & M beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Add vegetables, saute until done. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
