1 very large OR 2 small cloves of garlic, crushed thru a garlic press
1 - 2 tsp. salt
1 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 c. chicken stock made from 2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 c. ketchup
2 packages of spareribs, at least one with bones in, cut into cubes (but including bones)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients, except for the ribs, and stir until blended. Place the ribs in the mixture. Marinate 3 hours to overnight, turning pieces in marinade occasionally. Bring to room temperature and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 325 degrees for 60 to 80 minutes, basting occasionally and turning the meat over. Serve with rice.
