2 Slices of Bread
1 Cup of Chunky Peanut Butter
1 Packet of Chili Sauce
1 Packet of Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup of Flax Seed (Millet or any Grain)

Directions:
Directions:
Acquire soy sauce and chili sauce packets from chinese restaraunt or asian market. They are free. Then, toast Bread in toaster or microwave oven. Once done, remove and spread 1 Cup of Peanut Butter on the Toast. Sprinkle evenly over melting peanut butter, the soy sauce packet. Spread Chili Sauce on the other half of the toast. Close sandwich. Roll in plate of Flax Seeds to coat the outer edges. Eat immediately after blessing.
