2 1/2 cups blueberries, rinsed
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 egg
1 cup self rising flour
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix blueberries with 1/4 cup sugar, and water.
Sift together flour, 1 cup of sugar. Mix flour mixture with egg with fork until crumbly. Place blueberry mixture in bottom of square baking dish. Pour flour on top of berries. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour on top. Bake at 350º for 45 mins. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
