2/3 cup evaporated milk undiluted
2/3 cup cracker crumbs
1 ½ lbs. Ground beef
1 tsp, seasoned salt
½ cup chopped onions
SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:
1 can pineapple chunks(13 ½ oz)
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 green bell pepper, chopped

Directions:

Mix ingredients together, form into 6 patties. Brown in skillet, drain fat from skillet. Add sweet and sour sauce, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
To make Sweet and Sour Sauce:
Drain pineapple reserving juice. Add water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 cup.
Mix cornstarch into juice, with vinegar, sugar and soy sauce in saucepan. Heat till thickened and clear. Add pineapple chunks and green pepper.
