1 (2 lb.) bag frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes
1 cup crumbled bacon or diced Ham
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pint Mayonnaise (light or regular)
lb. Velveeta cheese (melt or chunk before mixing with potatoes.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw potatoes a little before using. Put potatoes, mayonnaise, cheese, bacon (or dice Ham)and salt and pepper in casserole dish. Mix well. Bake 1 hour .
