1 TBS flour
6 eggs

Directions:
Melt together choc chips and butter in a double boiler. Remove from heat and add flour. In a different bowl, combine eggs and sugar. After chocolate mixture has cooled slightly, fold in egg mixture. Pour into a 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes. Middle should not jiggle. Let cool to room temperature. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

Personal Notes:
If you do not have a double boiler, you may put a glass bowl on top of a pot of water, it works just as well (if not better)!
