1/2 c. Olive Oil
1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 c. Sugar
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well and let stand at least 30 min prior to dressing salad.

This is a wonderful dressing on any type of greens. I especially like it on a salad with spinach and butter lettuce, topped with toasted walnuts and raspberries.
