12 cups flour
2-1/2 cups lukewarm milk
1 package yeast
1/4 pound butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
FILLING
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 pound nutmeats (more the better)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast with 1/2 cup lukewarm milk. Make hole in flour and add yeast mixture. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Add butter to remaining 2 cups lukewarm milk. Mix up all together until dough is smooth. Smear butter on top and let raise in warm place. Wait until it is almost double itself or more. Knead and place back in bowl, rub butter on top so it won't dry out let rise again. Knead down and divide in a 8 parts. Roll each until thin. Smear with butter add filling and roll. Put in pan rub with butter on top. Let rise about 1/2 hour. Bake at 275º until done.
