1 CUP MAYOONNAISE OR SALAD DRESSING
1/2 CUP SUGAR--OR SPLENDA
1/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE


SALAD
1 HEAD LETTUCE, WASHED AND TORN INTO SMALL PIECES
1 HEAD CALIFLOWER, WASHED AND CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES
2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 CUPS SEASONED CROUTONS
2 CUPS CASHEWS

COMBINE LETTUCE, CAULIFER, CHEESE, CROUTONS AND CASHEWS. SET ASIDE WHILE MAKING THE DRESSING. STIR TOGETHER THE SALAD DRESSING, SUGAR-SPLENDA AND PARMESSIAN CHEESE. THE DRESSING AND SALAD CAN BE MADE AHEAD AND COMBINED JUST BEFORE SERVING
TIPS. TRY ADDING 1/2 CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONION.. A LOW CALORIE DRESSING CAN BE MADE USING PLAIN YOUGART
