1lb porkloin or pork roast, 1/4 cup olive or grapeseed oil, 6 garlic cloves,1/4 cup vinegar,1/2 cup soy sauce,

Directions:
heat a big skillet and brown cut up meat pieces in oil, remove meat and add minced or cut up garlic until garlic is browned.add vinegar and soysauce with some water and bring to boil. return meat pieces to skillet and let simmer for 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour till meat is tender. if broth gets too dry add more water accordingly. serve over your favorite rice with fresh steamed veggies.it's sooo good. for a variation try chicken breast cut up instead of the pork.
