1 Large banana, sliced 1 T. lime juice 1 C. Kraft Mayonnaise 1 C. heavy cream, whipped 1 C. (13 1/4 oz. can) drained crushed pineapple 1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries, drained 1/4 C. confectioners' sugar 3 T. light rum or 3/4 tsp. rum flavoring 1 tsp. grated lime rind
Toss bananas with lime juice. Fold mayonnaise into whipped cream; add to bananas combined with remaining ingredients. Spoon into 9-in. pie plate. Freeze until firm. Cut into wedges. Garnish with maraschino cherries, lemon and lime slices, if desired.
