Cream Puffs Recipe

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Put water, butter and salt in a pan and heat to boiling.
Sift in flour and add to mixture until it leaves the sides and does not cling to the spoon.
Cool slightly then add unbeaten eggs one at a time and beat until smooth.
Drop by tbsp onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
Lower the heat to 350 and bake another 10 minutes until firm and dry.

Cool, cut off top and cut out the middle.

Fill with pudding and whipped cream. Replace top if desired.
