1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. nuts, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and add sugar gradually 2 tsp. at a time. Blending well after each addition.
Add flavoring.
Combine flour, salt and nuts and gradually add to the creamed mixture.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls.

Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 250 for 15 minutes.

Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
