1 c. sugar
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. ginger
chicken, cut into serving pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, soy sauce and ginger.

Place chicken pieces into a covered pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Accent (optional).

Pour sauce over chicken and marinate for several hours to overnight. Turn pieces once or twice during this time.

Bake at 350 for 2 hours, covered, turning once during bake time.
