1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
1/2 c. cooked bacon bits
1 c. shredded mozzarella
1 c. shredded cheddar
1/4 c. red onion
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tsp. cider vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cauliflower and broccoli into flowerets; add bacon bits, cheeses, and onion. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar together to make dressing. Pour over mixture and stir. Chill overnight in refrigerator. Toss well before serving.

When I'm in a hurry, I buy bags of shredded broccoli, toss in the bacon, cheese, onion, and mix with Marzetti's slaw dressing. Tastes just as good and is really easy and fast!
