1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (cooked)
10 eggs beaten
3 c. milk
6 c. cubed bread
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced green onions
2 tbsp. mustard
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 medium tomato chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Set aside. Distribute half of bread evenly in buttered dish. Sprinkle with half of pepper, half of cheese, half of sausage, and half of other ingredients. Repeat layers of bread, sausage, and other ingredients. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake uncovered in a 9x13 in. pan at 325 for 55-60 minutes or until eggs are set. Tent with foil if top browns to quickly.
