6-8 diced potatoes
1-2 diced onion
1 c. flour
1 egg
little bit of carrot
little bit of celery
parsley, salt, and pepper to taste
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, onion, and other ingredients in chicken broth, add water if you don't have enough broth (chicken bouillon can be used in place of broth). Take flour and egg, and cut the egg into the flour with a fork until rivels form. When soup is cooked, bring to a rolling boil, and very slowly add rivels while stirring. Cook 1 1/2 minutes.
