1 lb. lasagna (cooked)
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
4 eggs
4 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ricotta cheese
4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella
1 dash of nutmeg, salt, and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' meat, add sauce, and simmer 15 minutes. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and oil. Using greased 9x13 in. baking pan, place layer of sauce on bottom, alternate lasagna noodles, cheese filling, lasagna noodles, sauce, lasagna noodles, cheese filling, etc. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
