2 lb. sliced carrots
1 can tomato soup
1/3 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 medium onion sliced
1 green pepper sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until just tender, 10-12 minutes. Drain and cool. Mix together tomato soup, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, onion, and pepper. Stir in carrots. Marinate for 3 days.
