3-4 Macintosh apples
2c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4c. oil
2c. flour
1c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1T. baking soda

Spray bundt pan with Pam. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel and thinly slice apples, set aside
Mix sugar, eggs, oil. Add flour, walnuts, cinnamon and baking soda and stir to form a thick batter.
Add apples and place batter in a bundt pan. Bake 1 hour. Let cool; flip bundt onto plate.
