2 1/2c. flour
2T. sugar
1T. baking powder
1 1/2T. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1T. chopped fresh sage
1 1/2c. beer
1c. finely grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease and flour 9-inch loaf pan.
In medium bowl stir flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sage. Stir in beer and cheese until completely blended.
Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then on wire rack.
