4 cups soft breadcrumbs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 pound ground beef
1 pound pork sausage
8 ounces water chestnuts, drained & finely chopped
Small jar apricot preserves
Small jar hickory BBQ sauce (tangy & spicy)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 8 ingredients, form 1" balls (cookie scoop works great), place on cookie sheet and bake @ 350º for 20 minutes.
Combine the preserves & BBQ sauce, combine with meatballs and simmer l hour. Can be made ahead and frozen.
