1 whole onion chopped fine
1/2 bell pepper chopped fine
2 eggs well beaten
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 cans creamed corn
3/4 c. corn meal
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º F. Mix ingredients all together. Spread mixture into a buttered casserole dish. Cook casserole about 30 minutes or untill top is medium brown.
