1 C. Cornmeal
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C. Cold Water
3 C. Hot Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornmeal with 1 cup cold water. Add 3 cups boiling water and salt. Stir constantly for 7 to 10 minutes. Pour in Pyrex pan and put in refrigerator. Slice when cold, coat with flour, and fry.
