Mufflers Recipe

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs, separated
1/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg yolks then add sugar & beat well.
Add water, vanilla, flour & baking powder.
Fold in egg whites.

Place in well greased cake pan.
Bake at 350 oven for 25-30 minutes.
Cool upside down on rack.
Cut in bars & spread with powdered sugar frosting & roll in salted peanuts.
