8 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
3 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 medium onion
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
2 pounds kielbasa or polish sausage cut into serving size pieces

In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the cabbaage, potatoes, onion, salt and pepper. Pour broth over all. Place sausage on top. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours until vegetables are tender. Can also be baked at 350° for 1 hour.
