4 chicken breasts
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
26-28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs, coat well. Place in a baking dish, bake uncovered for 20 min. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken, then top with Mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Garnish with little green onions and parsley. Serve with your favorite pasta.

You can make you own spaghetti sauce using diced tomatoes, garlic, italian seasoning, basil, salt and pepper.
Cook in a saucepan for just a few minutes and put on your chicken for a real fresh sauce taste.
