3-3 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg yeast (2 T.)
3/4 tsp. salt
1 cup warm water
2 T. olive oil
Cornmeal (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine 2 c. flour, undissolved yeast, and salt. Stir very warm water, and olive oil into dry ingredients. sir in enough remaing flour to make soft dough. Knead on a smooth lightly floured surface. Knead 4-6 min. or until elastic and smooth. Cover and let rest 10 min. Lightly oil or spray 1-2 pizza pans 1 (14") or 2 (12"). Sprinkle pan with cornmeal and shape dough in pan. Add toppings as desired. Bake at 400° for 20-3- minutes until done.
