4 large yellow squash, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave yellow squash and onion in butter on High until tender. Mash with potato masher. Salt and pepper to taste.

Add saltines, cream of mushroom soup and cheese. Sprinkle some cheese on top. Bake until warmed about 30 minutes.
