1 c. sugar
½ c. orange juice


½ c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. orange rind
½ c. craisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º and grease mini-muffin tins. Mix together sugar and orange juice and set aside. Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add sour cream alternately with dry ingredients until moist. Fold in remaining ingredients. Bake for 10-12 minutes. While still warm, dip tops of muffins into oj/sugar mixture. Makes about 36 mini-muffins.
