Ingredients:  
3 c. hot boiled rice
2 tbsp. fat
4 onions (diced)
4 stalks celery
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
3 c. tomatoes
2 c. peas
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions & celery in fat until brown.
Add flour, seasoning & slowly add water.
Cook 15 minutes.
Add tomatoes, peas, vinegar, sugar & shrimp. Continue cooking 10 minutes or until the shrimp are thoroughly heated.
Serve over hot rice.
