8 oz. skinless, boneless chicken pieces
2 carrots, sliced
1 1/2 c. broccoli
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. green onion
3 T. chopped honey roasted peanuts
1 T. grated gingerroot
1 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 c. bottled plum sauce
1/4 c. water
Hot cooked rice

Spray skillet with Pam. Add chicken, carrots, broccoli and garlic. Cook 4 minutes.
Add onion, peanuts, gingerroot, soy sauce, sesame oil and red pepper. Stir and cook 2 minutes. Stir in plum sauce and water. Cook until heated. Serve over hot cooked rice.
