1 can water chestnuts, drained
8 slices bacon, cut in half
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap each chestnut in 1/2 slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chestnuts. Refrigerate for several hours and drain. Place in glass dish and cover with a paper towel. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Turn dish and cook 3 minutes more. Serve hot.
