1/4 cup warm water
1 pkg. yeast-- disolve yeast in warm water

1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup warm milk
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Mix in about 5 cups flour to make soft dough. Let rise, then work down 3 times. 15 min. between each work down. Roll out for sweet rolls or make small balls for kolaches.

Poppy seed- 1 can poppy seed - Solo, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup coconut.

Apple roll- 3 cups sliced apples, 1/2 cup sugar, butter, sprinkle cinnamon.(also coconut and pecans)

Cherry roll- 1/2 cup cherries, 1/2 cup coconut, 1/2 cup sugar, melted margarine, sprinkle sugar, let rise.
