4 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese 4 c. grated cheddar cheese 4 c. Muenster cheese 1/4 c. Dijon mustard 4 garlic cloves, crushed 2 onions, minced 1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce 1/2 c. parsley 1/2 c. chives
Mix first 7 ingredients. Divide in half. Combine parsley and chives. Sprinkle 1/2 on 1/2 of cheese and refrigerate. Heat other half after stirring in other half of parsley and chives at 375º for 15 minutes. Serve hot and cold with apple slices and crackers.
