3.5 pounds chuck roast (want a cut with a fair amount of fat marbled in)
5 green onion, sliced
5 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon accent

Cut meat into very thin strips (about 1" by 2" by 1/4"). Take knife blade and hit meat to soften. Mix all ingredients and marinade for at least 3 hours (one day best). Grill or fry over hot heat.
