3 medium, ripe avacadoes
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
2 10 1/2 oz cans refried beans
1 c. chopped green onions
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 cans chopped olives
8 oz. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mashavacadoes. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, Miracle Whip and taco seasoning and chill.
Mound bean dip on platter. Frost with sour cream mixture, then avacado mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, olives and onion. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
