6 c. thinly sliced peeled tart apples (4 - 6 medium)
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. milk
2 T. butter, softened
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 eggs

Streusel Topping:
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 T. firm butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Greast 9 x 13 pan. Prepare Streusel Topping and set aside. Spread apples in baking dish. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over apples. Sprinkle with topping. Bake uncovered about 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.

Streusel Topping:
Mix Bisquick, nuts and brown sugar. Cut in margarine with fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
