Mandarin Marinade

1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
4 scallions, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup dry sherry

Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate several hours.

Thought you would really like this one, it is great on pork tenderloin
