4 large purple plums cut in half and pitted
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup low fat sour cream
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place plum halves in a baking dish cut side down. Stir together water and vanilla and pour over plums. Sprinkle 1/4 cup brown sugar evenly over fruit.
Bake plums at 450 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until skin just start to blister. Divide fruit and syrup evenly among four bowls. Top each with 1 Tbsp. low fat sour cream and 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar.

I substitued Splenda Brown sugar and it is great. Den likes his with whipped cream also.
