1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 cup cheese or more
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper

Additions:
mushrooms
3/4 c. spinach leaves
1/4 c. green onions
8 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
Ham
Broccoli
Sausage
1/2 c. salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix everything except cheese in blender. Pour into big bowl and stir in the cheese and any of the additions you would like. Pour into 10" deep circle pie pan or 12 count muffin tins (bake less time for this). Bake for about 45 minutes. Center will harden upon cooling.
