1/2 c. butter, softened
2 T. honey
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Stir butter, honey and lemon rind together. Roll on wax paper, forming a 6 inch long log. Roll log in chopped pecans. Wrap in wax paper, chill 1 hour or until firm. Serve with warm rolls, waffles or pancakes. Great on banana breads.
