Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
from Kay P.: Louise Summers Wilder (Mrs. James S. Wilder, Jr.) is a descendant of Mary Elisabeth Huiet and Adam Rish. I proved it with both genealogical research and then mtDNA tests. Louise did an incredible and wonderful job of putting together her and my Phillips ancestry (mainly from Orangeburg Co., SC), and Louise was delighted to learn she is also a descendant of Francis Huiet. Louise also helped me locate a cousin who contributed a sample for the mtDNA comparison.
