1 banana for 1 egg
2 T. cornstarch or arrowroot starch for 1 egg
¼ c. tofu for 1 egg (blend tofu smooth with the liquid ingredients before they are added to the dry ingredients)
2 T. ground flax seeds blended with 4 T. water for 1 egg
